The school runs a Book Rental Scheme every year for all classes. Re-usable books are collected each year and are passed on. All other work books and copies are purchased by parents

The main benefits of the scheme are:

• The overall cost of school books is greatly reduced.

• The hassle involved in obtaining the correct books is removed.

• Each child will have all their books for the start of school each year.

 

The cost per child is as follows:

• €50 per child. This includes the cost of an art & craft contribution, pupil insurance and a contribution towards the cost of photocopying. All other items required are provided with the exception of a school bag and lunch box.

 

Parents of children who transfer to SN Chiaráin Naofa during the school year and wish to avail of the Book Rental Scheme are asked to speak with the school secretary or the Principal who will make the necessary arrangements.
